I was on an undefeated 3 years in a row and State Champions 13 out 14 years in a row Drill team. This is pretty much exactly how our routines were taught except we had a new routine every week so the three week plan was the same except condensed into one week with each week being approximately 1 day. We had solos that were judged by officers and the top scores were on the field that week the ones beneath the cut off which was 50 were reserves. It was an extremely smooth process and we never had the one lazy team member problems in any of the years I was on the team.

Your writing and suggestions were excellent and helpful. Thank you for making a website of it. I am the captian of Fire Power Soul Steppers and it is hard to get everyone through practice. This is my first time being captian and I was mind-bottle on how to run practice. Everything problem you have said I went through and your solution is magnificient. You are a blessing and I pray you do more like this.

Thank you again!

I am looking for simple routines to teach to special education students. I was never on a drill team myself and would like some advice. I teach the class 5 times a week and they will perform at special education games throughout this school year
