It is a horrible burning feeling and is restricting my stretch ALOT! Just wondering; does anyone else get this? If so, what can you do to prevent it? thanks guys (-:</description>

		<description>I think the timing on these things are wrong. I was re-reading this and realized that I wrote the one above 3:23. Wonder what this one will be timed..... Anyway I am making HUGE progress, used to be 1ft of the ground on the right side and now I am only 4 or 5 in!</description>

I found a good way to warm up my muscles, when I don&#039;t feel like going on a run or want to just stay in my room and stretch, is doing lunges! The lung walk is really good, and just multiple lunges work well for me x) Hope that helped. Oh, anyways, I&#039;ll be back tomorrow!!!</description>
