Is there anything bad about falling asleep in a split stretch? Specifically the one where your butt is against the wall and your back is lying on the floor, and you open your legs and let gravity help push your legs to the floor. Is it bad if i fall asleep in that position? like will i get cramps or cut off circulation in my legs or anything like that? Also is there any such thing as doing a stretch for too long? like staying in the frog stretch for over an hour?</description>

		<description>Hey, I was a dancer and quite. Now I have joined my 6th grade middle school dance team. i used to have my right splits. But I could never get my left or middle. i find it pain ful to do my left. And I am not pushing too hard. Is that normal? And also, I clicked on the heading but it didn&#039;t bring me anywhere. 		<description>i had to re-start a bit because I got sick again, but I am in week two, and nearlY there with mY left splits, still high with mY middle splits, and sort of half a foot off the ground with mY right ones. I think i would be closer with mY right ones, but before I got sick, i was stretching and I heard a little crack and then mY right leg hurt. not badlY, and I massaged it and stretched, and the pain was gone bY the next daY, but I can go as low in them as before. Oh well.</description>
